Says they were from Windows & I had excess use on the computer it was a scam I told them I had contacted the Federal Police because of this type of Phone call & they were monitoring my phone to trace the calls . I asked where are they ringing from they said sydney, but it was a Victorian Number. When I told them AFP was monitoring they quickly hung up
