Caller: She said her name was Stella from Telstra. She sounded as if she was in an Indian call centre

She wanted access to our computer to fix a problem. We hadn't reported any problem to Telstra. I asked her what our name and address were, to confirm that she was in fact from Telstra but she wouldn't answer that. She said she had our computer licence number. I hung up on her.
