Sneaky telemarketing tactics by Dodo

SICK to death of this number calling!!!
Landline and mobile - 2 - 3 times every day.
I got a caller ID telephone just so that I can check before I answer and get caught by them.
If I knew where to send the invoice for the new telephone, I'd do it....

Everyone that is upset with this practice, send a complaint to complaints @ dodo.com.au at 12 noon EST next Monday, 10th June. Hopefully if 100 or so people complain, they might get the message.

I am getting calls every day from this number. If I answer they just hang up. Definitely not the way to get new customers. Stop it!!

What the hell are dodo , I never say want to sigh up , and keep asking me driver license and bank Acc after I give it to them , and haven't promise need to sign up and close them call and call me alot time , and I don't pick up , after check my Acc already get 40 dollar and email me i already sign up 2 years contract with them , f*ck what the Australian police to do . f*ck

I have just received a call from these guys. I am not and have never been a Dodo customer. Moreover, I am overseas at the moment so I don't even know how they got my phone number as it is even in my company's name.
They probably got it from Internet.
I hate this kind of practice too.
If their services are good I will know where to find them.
I don't want to be called.
How can we allow such practices this is not fair for people that are not aware or fragile.

I have dodo prepaid internet these guys keep calling me I don't want to hear from them. I am seriously considering taking my business else where

these guys call me constantly i never pick up ya would think they get the message plus i am on the do not call register

I've added them to my contact called "Scam". It's quite a lengthy list of numbers now unfortunately, with their own annoying ringtone so I can reject the calls instantly. I'm on the DNC list too but it doesn't seem to help.
Wish I had a 2 year old like my mate. She loves to talk on the phone so he hands it to her and lets her go for it. :)

In reply to RCG 19-12-12 this number is Dodo. Out of curiosity i've checked here with it. I'm joining Dodo for domestic services and used their 1300 number. Whatever procedures she needed to formalise were taking time so she offered to call me back, in fact needed to twice and this is the number from which she called. Amazingly it was still the same person too :-) I've rung from my business work place and screen calls like a hawk, many spam numbers use 03 and once my business with Dodo is sealed, so will the need to pick up their calls should an influx begin.

These guys call me despite being on the do not call register.

Telco spammer, and their hair smells like rancid yoghurt. Phew!

These guys are calling my prepaid usb broadband (Telstra) number, so I keep getting missed calls when I go on line.....annoying
Wish someone could stop them, but with us all knowing the number, we all now know to ignore them ;)

Put a block on the number. It will still ring but you'll know not to answer.

We get 5-6 calls a day from this number - we never answer and they just hang up - very annoying indeed !!!!
