Think it could be a call centre

Calls me multiple times a day, and each time asks for a different name. Getting so frustrated, each phone call I receive I get more and more angry with them. I'm 18 and don't need to worry about bloody electricity

Phone provider advised this number is disconnected??? Yet it called me less the 15 mins ago. Block it and report it.

Rings a couple of times then they hanv up

when you call back they say the number is not connectef

Called and when I answered there was no response then after 8 seconds the call was disconnected.
*Same way as telemarketer operates.
