They are a nuisance caller, who keep ringing, asking for my credit card details to pay a fake debt which does not exist.

SPAM callers, when i answered there was silence and then hello, i didn't let them finish what they were saying and said you have called me 3 times today and when I said to stop calling she abused me and hung up.

Call allegedly originated from Whittlesea. After I answered, there was a couple of seconds delay which leads me to believe this is a scam/telemarketer number. I immediately blocked it.
