Today was the worst with 3 calls in 4 hours, usually just 1 or 2 per day

I just blocked the number after the third time they hang up as soon as I answer.

Won't stop calling me!! From some Energy company. Asked them to take me off their call list which they are supposed to adhere to if you ask them but they still keep hassling me. Very annoyed. They have called me 6 times in the last week.
