I answered and said hello, brief pause then a female sounding recorded voice said good bye and call disconnected

called mobile, which blocked call as suspected spam.

I got a missed call from this number. I tried to call back and got the recorded message saying: "[your call could not be connected please check the number and try again.]" They can call you but you can't call them! SCAM-SCAM!

Get calls every day from some iteration of (03) 7074 39xx and they all seem to be the same type of spam/scam call. This seems to be just the next number they are using in the sequence. Would not answer.
