They left a message but said nothing for over a minute. I could hear background noise like traffic, suggesting they may have been calling from their car but unsure.

Returned a missed call to this number. Caller did not introduce themselves, just said "hello" followed by long silence.
When enquired why they called. Person mentioned it was regarding free hot water upgrades for the business. This is one of many calls to the business, even though we have informed that our hot water service is part of the building and not linked to our store.
