Microsoft scam call. On Microsofts website it states that they won't call for ANY support unless you request it. Hang up and block!

Caller: Said Microsoft Scam call believe that few other voices in background saying that sound like Microsoft sounds like professional but can judge not they are .assume like you don’t know anything. Ask you to open an app seems to be desktop control app. For Microsoft verification they run windows exe to show.
