SCAM - Keep receiving multiple calls from all over Australia - never any messages left, I think it's a scam

Caller: A pain! Same numbers ending in 25, 22, 49 and 42. Ring at all times of day but leave no msg. Sometimes it doesn’t allow me to block nb even though they call multiple times.
