Left message saying they were deducting $299.99 from my account, then gave options. Didn’t leave a company name

Caller: PayPal impostor

They mentioned that $299.99 would be deducted from my account. And I can cancel this transaction. Hung up and checked my account and no such transaction was there.

Didn’t answer. Automated message was left claiming to be from PayPal. Saying money was about to be paid to some one etc

Nancy from Beta? That's all I heard. Didn't recognise the name or company and the call was unsolicited.
