asked who the name on the gift card was for, they hung up

An automated voice saying I had an approved payment of $299 on ebay. Press 1 to approve… scam

While the call came through unanswered on my mobile phone, I called from my work landline and it was answered by someone saying they were from eBay. I didn't proceed with the call.

Robotcall about debt of $299.99 left on voice mail. Asked to press 1,2 or 9 to respond.
VM didn't catch "business" as robocall didn't anticipate VM.
