Caller: Claimed to be telstra Will not stop calling. Claiming we have been hacked and someone is using our internet Connection. Would not answer questions like “what type of service we have” or other personal details that Telstra would have. Kept insisting we had to help him fix our internet even when I told him I did not have passwords & he would have to talk to my partner.

Caller: claimed to be Telstra Scam to gain either access to computer or money to 'clean'. Only managed to keep him online for 17 minutes before he realised i wasn't actually doing what he asked on my computer to give him access - when this happened he let rip with expletives for 30 seconds before he hung up on me....
