I answered, as soon as I answered, hung up. I called back, came up as Mornington. It answered & said "Goodbye". Clearly dome sort of scam/spam. Will be blocking the number.

One of those overly annoying callers, who ends the call when you pick up. Called twice today. I called the number and a machine picks up and says: Good bye.
Thus: What it is:
A criminal organisation, who checks, if someone picks up the phone, and if so, they sell your number to those, who pay for numbers, which they can then target with scams, etc.

This number, or variations of it, regularly phone. We NEVER pick up the phone if we do not know who is calling.

Has called me twice! Has also called my brother, my dad and my house phone. All in the same day.

Trash call, records your voice as you say hello .. hello ..
then hangs up on you
If you ring back some slimey female voice plays " goodbye" and hangs up on you
Time the govt simply removes ANY service providers renting the lines to these trash

This number is still being used. Block it.

Caller did not respond when spoken to, even when given a bit of extra time to respond the 2nd time. I eventually hung up thinking it was some nuisance call or telemarketer.

Spam definitely, I answered since it was showing the location as Mornington but as soon as I answered line got hang up.

Scam rat coward again

Just got a call from this number, asked for my father by name “Is this Mr XXX?”, I said no it’s Mrs and they hung up.

Call not answered - went to voicemail - no message left.

Called - says Mornington, I answered, said who I was and then they hung up. Clearly scam as per other comments.

Called twice. I answered the second time and the call quickly ended. Spam.

Rang and as soon as I answered, it hung up!

I got this chap with foran ascent trying to sell energy saving items...

I cut him short with his script reading - told him not interested. He started again and hung up.
