Recorded message Nicole from the NBN service advising that they were about to cut of landline phone and internet as the NBN had been installed in our area. Plausible, except from the NBN Service rather than NBNco who own and manage NBN, and our services are connected through NBN already so why would they disconnect us because their service has been installed in our area. Requested to press 1 to connect to tech to resolve issues, hung up. Recorded message was presented with slow and gramatically correct manner with good diction and neutral accent, suggesting that they wanted to make a clear impression on older less tech savvy people. Definitely some form of scam, I assume that they want to take down older people and get them to provide credit card details for some magic fix to keep their phone service connected, then use the details for a range of fraudulent purposes.
