Caller: Amazon Prime

Came up as a call from the Shepparton region (5825). However, when I answered, the call was audibly rerouted to an international operator (obvious delay, Indian accent, poor phone call quality). It was hard to understand what he was saying through the poor connection and strong accent, but it was along the lines of confirming that I wanted to continue with my Amazon Prime membership.
While I do have a membership, it is paid annually (payment was made 3 months ago) and he quoted a different price to the amount I pay. When I started to ask him some screening questions he claimed he couldn't hear me, so I hung up.
