Caller: I found Mr. Tybussek's name on a website

Hi,
I live in the U.S. and my wife and I are planning to take a vacation in Germany with the Wright Europe Tours Co. I saw Mr. Tybussek's name listed in that companies list of customers and I simply would like to ask Mr. Tybussek some questions about the tour he took and how he liked it. Were there any problems with the tour? Did everything go satisfactorily? I'm about to send a large advance payment and I wanted to know if Mr. Tybussek had to also send a payment in advance or did he pay the tour operator upon arrival or at the start and at the end of the tour or some other arrangements.
Thank you for your help. As retirees's we have to be careful with our money. But we look forward to the trip and I thought I'd check with you first.
