'Nancy' from Telstra security reckons my internet is being illegally hijacked by another device. She couldn't tell me what device it was.... and hung up on me when I asked her what the device was!! How rude. Bloody dodgy scammers. They have called a few times recently from different numbers. Usually they're abusive when you string them along, but 'Nancy' just hung up on me.
