Scammers calling about the government light bulb scheme. The energy website has a list of approved suppliers, and regardless of what these twits say, the light bulbs are not free.

These a**holes claim the light bulbs they are offering are free, and when they come to install the "free" light bulbs they try to scam and charge people for the replacement bulbs.
