Absolutely appalled that this store refuses to honour its own refund policy after selling a product not fit for purpose. You would think they would prefer to retain a long-term customer than try everything in their power to avoid refunding $20. It says a lot about their loyalty to their customers and how they are viewed, as dollar signs rather than people. I won’t be back.
