It was actually 9 degC so absolutely a liar and obviously a scam. I'm listed Do not call register unfortunately these offshore companies are flaunting the Australian law. Caller with indian accent claiming to be Oscar from Sky Solar. Obviously a theiving scammer as I'm on the 'do not call' register. Sent him on his way in no uncertain terms.

They called, no response to my greeting, they ended call.
