ATO spam bot scam.

Caller: Norton

They sent an email to say I have ok’d for payment of $399.95 for Norton. I did not agree to anything. I rang them and they said it was a scam. And I had to fill in a form to cancel the payment which I didn’t know anything about. An Indian man started yelling so I just hung up. I rand Norton and they were no help.. just be careful. The Indian man said it was a SCAM

a scam call (robocall) pretending to be from ATO office

Scam call. Robo voice claiming to be from Australian Taxation Office (ATO) saying that a lawsuit was filed in my name and if I didn't call back an arrest warrant would be issued for me. I reported the call to the ATO and verified that it was a scam call.

Call from (03) 5294 0597 and location listed as Geelong. Scam call. Just ignore it

Caller: 'ATO' .....my ph said from Newtown Victoria

Said law suit being filed under my name in the court. .... so I just hung up

Claimed to be ato saying that a lawsuit has been filed against me, I need to call back immediately or I will be arrested!

I rang once and got disconnected

That pathetic scam about owing money and a warrant for my arrest haha. Left a voicemail as I did not pick up.
