I got an automated voice message on my 'phone from this number. The speaker was male with an American accent. The message did not include any reference to my name but said that if I did not call back that an "arrest warrant would be issued in my name". I am a law-abiding citizen and have not engaged in any conduct that could cause me to be arrested. Is this call and message some sort of scam?

a robo-call claiming to be from the Tax Office saying I am going to be sued. Worth a try I suppose.
