Keep calling from this phone last few days never left msg

A guy talking about the suburbs. There was clapping and s lot of noise in the background and couldn’t hear him properly. He disconnected the call.

I informed him that my number has been registered for no makerting purposes / cold calls/ surveys and asked him if it was mkt calls. He confirmed. He asked me abt financial funds, etc, i interrupted him and said that: I would not answer any questions causes this was purely mkt calls.
