I’ve been on their page doing research. I did submit my phone number and email I believe at the beginning to see if I was eligible for the network in my area, or something like that. Exited out of the internet page, and they cold called me about an hour or so later..
Friendly voicemail left.

I never gave them my number as I was comparing nbn plans and found two companies that were a lot cheaper . They spam me with their emails and now they're calling me . I don't like pushy marketing . They've lost my business .

Aussie Broadband, following up on conversion to NBN that I had ordered. I wish Telstra had given me this service

I left an online enquiry with them earlier today specifically asking them for an email reply as I am deaf and unable to hear on the phone. Still they called and left a voice message. They lost my business.

Aussie Broadband, I looked at their website but I never gave them my mobile number, they wouldn’t say how they got my number as I was pretty pissed off that they called. Unfortunately you’ve done this and I’m not interested im going somewhere else.

Aussie broadband ringing every night. I never contacted them and have now blocked their number. I also received a text message to say I had to be home on a certain day so they could connect/fix my broadband

Whilst I had partially filled out an application, it appears their website had already stored my mobile phone number.

I am looking to sign up with them as I have heard excellent things about them, but it's a little scary that they already had my mobile.

Following up an NBN fault I'd raised through them. Excellent customer service.

I agree with you, I've never even looked at their plans nor do we have NBN yet and they just keep calling . Don't even know where they got my details from !!

They keep leaving messages for last two days.
Not going to take my time to call them and wait in a queue to tell them not to call me!
Just blocked the number, done.

Called me multiple times over the past week. Last time 7:45am on a Saturday morning. Left message saying they were following up on my enquiry, however this is a lie as I didn’t make any enquiries with the company.
