Centerlink need to man more phones. Not everyone uses computers when its too hard to access the right section

Have tried all centrelink phone nos. and they're all busy. I cannot make my appt. March 21 at 8.40 am as I don't have ptrol money to get from Orbost and no bus will get me there at that time. I am currently doing the NEIS programme with Mission Australia and could probably do interview on phone. It's a long way to drive to tell you that again. Kay Bristow (02) 0170 4555H
