Did not speak when call answered.

Caller: I believe a call scammer .

A male voice just said " hello...." when the answering machine picked up than he hung up. When I called back the number there was not even a pause in the dialling of the number he answered with a " hello.... " then I hung up the line. I suspect he was calling from a PC computer generated number that is why there was no dial calling at all and connected direct.

This number has started to harass me by never leaving messages.
