This number phoned me 10+ times during the day when I was at work, they called again at 7.30pm so I answered, a very rude energy telemarketer with an Indian accent. I've blocked this number now

Sounds like a call centre when you answer so I hung up. They have called about 5 times today.

Hung up when answer. When you call back they generally pick up right away but will say nothing. You can hear phone calls at the background.
