This call showed as coming from Bakery Hill, Victoria. I had missed the call and they didn't leave a message, so I called the number back only to hear a recorded voice telling me that the number was not in use. I would say it was almost certainly an attempted scam of some sort.

left a message, in English and Chinese! Apparently my Telstra account will be out of service shortly, interesting as I am not with Telstra.

Having at least twice day 03 plus numbers and all do not leave a message. Curious and curiouser?
