Returned call answering machine telling me its a fund raising centre and couldn't take my call right now haha 😅 in Kalkree Vic.

This number is a fund raising centre don’t bother (I didn’t get a voicemail in Chinese but I did get 1 in English)

It’s a Victorian phone number from Ballarat.
They went to voicemail and said nothing, no message. It could be a call Centre or could be a scam either way I don’t know anyone living in Ballarat in Victoria.
