called 3 times no messages. suspected spam

They surveyed me and said they were from the Geelong council. Even though they only ask general questions like age group it was disconcerting when I called the council and they said no one is doing any surveying!!!

Block - tried to call back and could not be connected. Located in Newtown, Victoria and definitely spam.

Suspected phishing scam. Recieved this SMS in the lead up to cuclone Alfred claiming to be Macquarie bank: "Your Apple Pay has been successfully updated. If you did not request this, Please call us IMMEDIATELY (03) 4250 9535"

scammer from Macquarie sms, don't bother to call mates.

Got a text message saying my Apple Pay has been successfully updated and if I did not request this to call (03) 4250 9535 IMMEDIATELY

Just received a txt message stating "Your Apple Pay has been successfully updated. If you did not request this, Please call us IMMEDIATELY (03) 4250 9535" but I do not and have not ever banked with Macquarie.. Nice try I guess, but not really.

Called today, rang twice and then hung up, expecting a return call I suspect. Left no message.

Number was calling from Newtown, geelong.Tried calling back and there was no ring tone on my end. SCAM!

Claimed to be wyndham council doing a survey, asked 3 weird questions.

This number called me, and left no message. They were calling from the Victorian South-Western district. I called back, and couldn't get through - "your call couldn't be connected message. I expect SPAM / SCAM.
