Indian call center rang telling me electricity was now deregulated and wanting to know who my electricity retailer was.

Called twice no message left

Hung up as I answered
I called back it was another telemarketer

I had a call from this number. The annoying thing was that they did not leave a message, however they activated my message bank, meaning that I got an SMS to retrieve messages, but when I listened, there was silence. So my mobile account was charged because I accessed message bank. INTO THE BIN WITH THIS NUMBER !!!!!!!!!!!!
