Called between 8pm no message left after so I blocked him.

Never left a message. Looks like another scammer number

They didnt leave a message, but there is enough info here for me to block them and add them to my every growing list in 'Contacts' to "Scammers".

Sounded like a person at first but delayed responses etc and making little sense makes me think it was one of those voice robots.
