Caller: Brian Maybe Scam. Have been ringing me twice a day and no message. I rang them back and got a loud ringing tone. They answered on fifth ring and foreign speaker stumbled the words.. This is Brian and this call is in regards to your electricity account. I hung up and blocked number.
