Caller: NBN Received a call concerning my internet upload and download speeds not being optimal. The caller was very convincing, giving her name and id number. However, when I checked the NBN site regarding scams calls, the very first point in "Things to keep an eye out for", said, "nbn will not call you to offer technical support, rectify speed issues, or to advise your nbn connection has been ‘hacked’ or is not secure.
