Please help me find out who this is

(02) 9999 8521 rang, i answered, there was a big pause and a click and a fellow saying with an accent said "hello". I knew this was from overseas, so a scam. I said "how did you get my number? " He hung up. I rang back the number and it said "Optus advises this number is disconnected" so somehow they are switching through this number so they can't be traced. I then block the number.

Scammer ringing trying to claim you have been selected for half price tablets and amazingly when a called her out started to argue with you. have blocked this number and recommend others do the same. Amazes me that authorities can't stop this.

They are calling on unlisted business phone numbers now. I would love to know who is providing them with these phone numbers. Scamers

scam. no one talked. Phone got disconnected automatically

Just let it ring out and then blacklist. If no message is left, I never pick up. All the people I know are in my phone, the rest can naff off.

Had a couple of calls I ignored, when I answered I was offered a free tablet from some obscure company mumbled in their spiel. Block.

They rang 11.01am today, I answered and they hung up

Just in case you know anyone who got scammed - the Caller wouldn't give me the name of the company clearly? something like ZZ Chat (?) and they said they were offering a free tablet to promote the company name ?

Scam about tablets.....I chose to hang up

I answered.. asked who's this.. they hung up!! Blacklisted the number now.
