sent tablet to Samsung to be repaired, delivered to Samsung on21/8/2015 at 11.18am, I know this because it was on Toll website, and received and signed by Khilal. Now no-one knows where it is. Rang (02) 9763 9700, no-one wanted to answer phone, what to do now.

I am affected by the recall of washing machines which resulted in the tech attending and advising me that the machine was not able to be repaired and he had to decommission the machine before he left. I asked who organised a replacement to which the Tech advised me that all he does is files a report stating that the machine cannot be repaired & has to be replaced. It has now been 4 weeks and I cannot get answer out of anyone who organises the replacement & how long will that take. From looking at this site I will apparently not have a machine for at least another 12 months/ Their customer service is appalling. The staff on the Call centre Line overseas cannot answer the most simple questions and they just keep going around & around until they just decide to hang up on you. Only trouble is Samsung don't care as they are doing everything legally within their power to avoid having to address this and they know if they make us wait long enough we will just stop give up trying to make them accountable & trying to get a remedy. They know eventually we will all go and buy another machine

I have a washing machine that's been recalled. Was told by Dennis on the 31st of December 2014 that I was getting a new one. That it would be 7-10 business days. 2 weeks passed and no machine. I called back on the 12th, 13th and 14th to be told lie after lie before a woman working under two names, Andrea and Andy, stated Dennis wrongly informed me and said she couldn't give me an answer as to when/if I'm getting a new machine. I've contacted fair trading and I'm still waiting for a call back.

Contrary to what other people seem to have found, I had a good experience with Samsung. My A/C broke down because a gecko had got inside and blown up a circuit board. The unit was 6 months out of warranty. The serviceman told me it would cost $850 (!) to fix. I contacted Samsung and after a bit of back and forth they agreed to fix it for nothing. It was done today. How good is that? Well done Samsung.

My Samsung plasma decided to melt yes melt. If my wife wasn't home and saw it my house Would of burned down!!!
So I ring samsung this is where the fun starts
26-5-13 they promise to call back next day
27-5-13 promise to call next day
28-5-13 spoke to Erin morning promise to call today or tomorow
29-5-13 spoke to DJ said Arned will call back tomorow
30-5-13 8.41am Arned called WooHoo said a service man will come and have a look at tv
31-5-13 Brendan peninsula tv and video service will come tomorow to look at tv of which he did and said he has never seen anything like it. Took photos and left
5-6-13 5.31pm told to call back tomorow before 5pm
6-6-13 Arnie 8.30am told case manager will call back during day
6-613 Jiro 3.38 pm put me through to case manager Steve told me will have a new tv 7 to 10 days woo hoo
12-6-13 a man came and picked up old tv and through in his van glass side down no paper work nothing
17-6-13 1.05 pm Jack said it should of arrived 2days ago. Promised will arrive on or before Friday
21-6-13 Lani 9.30 am said case manager will call back within hour
21-6-13 2.26pm told case manager emailed courier to call me
21-6-13 Jill 4.30 pm said she will send info to Sydney and find out what the hell is going on.
24-6-13 2.56 pm got hung up on after 21.02 minutes on hold
24-6-13 3.17 Jiro told will get a call tomorow as case manager is sick (come on one person is sick and the whole company shuts down)
25-6-13 11am told case manager will call back
25-6-13 4.15 Lyn will call back in one hour computers have gone down
25-6-13 Lyn called back Woohoo said they will call back when (ready for this) WHEN THEY FOUND IT
26-6-13 RIN hung up on after 17 minutes on hold
26-6-13 3.45 Jay on hold for 24 minutes told me I SHOULD get it next week (do you expect me to believe that!!!) told him that's not good enough need to speak to someone who CAN give me answers. After 72 minutes on the phone spoke to Jordan and said next week and was waiting for a quote because apparently I'm regional so need a different courier.
This whole process has been unbelievable and it has taken a month to speak to somebody who can explain what's going on rather then just telling me somebody will call which never happens the amount of work I have done following this up I would be happy to see a 60" 3d but that would be pushing the boundrys so let's say I would be happy to be able to just get home in the evening and maby just watch TV .
