Caller: Robot Nicole (NBN)

Robot Nicole (Robocole) from the NBN network rang to tell me she was going to disconnect my phone and internet service because the NBN was now in my area. She wanted me to press "1" to speak to an operator who would tell me what to do. When I pressed "1" some other male robot operator told me I was going to be put through to someone.
I pressed "1" hoping to fix my internet because I really thought "Robocole" was serious but after "Robomale" spoke the disconnect sound could be heard. Not sure what I will do now about my internet when it gets disconnected tomorrow. I hope "Robocole" rings back a third time today because I really want to see where things go after "Robomale" successfully transfers my call.
