Another nuisance caller

asking about if i lost money in the financial crisis i think they were offering some rebates or somting but the english was so bad i had to ask her a dozen times to repeat but still wasnt sure but as soon as i said i had no money they hung up

No real person speaking when you answer the call your on hold straight away and you don't speak to anyone.
