Let me warn every one... These guys are the rudest every I bought a Nissan skyline from them on the 22nd of Jan this year. Two weeks after I notice a strange noise and took it back to them. I hadn't even driven 1000 ks I wasn't sure what it was, found out it was a leak in the engine. I spoke to Sam (the owner) and he just said that's wear and tear we won't compensate you At ALL. WEAR AND TEAR AFTER 2 WEEKS???!!! I said to him are you telling me that if I had come back on the 23rd of Jan with this story you would have said the same? He said that is correct.... listen if I had had this car for a few month or had driven heaps I would have veen able to settle for wear and tear but 2 weeks... are you kidding me?!! As I was unsure about this I rang fair trade. They said that because the leak was in the engine bay it couldn't have been my fault. They were also amazed by the rudeness as I had paid alot for this car. They advised me to fill in a formal complaint if master cars would not do anything. I got told by a worker at master cars that Sam would call me that day as he was out... One week later I am still waiting for a phone call. Don't promise me sh*t if you aren't going to contact me! I would never recommend any one to go here nor would i trust them... be smart there are a lot of importers go somewhere else NEVER GO TO MASTERCARS BLACKTOWN!!!!
