Our recent dealings with this company has been very disappointing.

After waiting over 6 weeks for an expensive 3 piece wall unit to arrive, the product that was delivered was nothing but cheap rubbish.

2 of the 3 units were out of square and rocked dangerously. Not ideal for a unit that will hold crystal glasses.
The glass doors were hung crooked.
Mounting screws were installed incorrectly and had to have the hole redrilled to the left to make it fit.
There are big gaps between the 3 units while the image on their site does not depict that.
There is a random door stopper drilled into the top of a unit that does not have doors.


We made several calls on the day of delivery to get them to come back and collect the unit and were told that everyone was too busy to take our calls.

When we finally got Craig (rude) the manager, we were told that because we picked the colour of our furniture it now falls under the 'Custom made' clause and was not eligable for a refund and we would need to send it back to the manufacturer in Newcastle for repair!
