My name is Pepe Malietoa Last Thursday 24 October at 5.25pm I was at your place reporting the damage on my four wheel drive which I was advise from my insurance GIO to take it back to you and claim the lifetime warrantee. I spoke with Bob regarding my my matter back in 2009, my car repaired at your Smash repairs under Gio insurance and had a life time warrantees, however after discussed my matter I was told from Bob that he will forward my matter to his boss then he will ring me back which I am still waiting for him to contact me regarding the warrantee job, can you please ring me as I want to know what is going to happen before I take another step...thank you for your cooporation..Pepe Malietoa
