(PG) Seems like scam marketer. You pick up the phone, then there is a long pause because the whole thing is computer-dialled, then an Indian-or-whatever voice says "hello, hello" and hangs up as soon as you say, "What do you want?" (I was going to say "What do you want, arsehole?" but controlled myself :-)
