This number is the same style as others calling me with the same modus operandi, that it rings then hangs up becomes a missed call and has this cyclic message saying it will call back later over 'this important matter'. When you block it it pops up under another number.

got the same call , i never say my name when answering the phone in case its a verification for scam/marketing

I got the same call as the others on this number. Called them back and they have a recorded message stating that they would "get back to you over this important matter".

No one talk when you answer the phone then it hang up after a min.....

Received a call from this number, no one talked when answered they hung up after a min or so. Called back and got a repeated msg staying all operators are busy we will be in touch and hangs up. Reeks of a Scam !!!!!
