Called and just beeps sounds like a fax 24-8-17

Its 2016 and this number is still sending faxes to non-fax numbers.... very annoying when I try to send a fax back to the number it is constantly engaged.

Same thing, 2 calls to my mobile from this number & it just beeps sort of like a fax.. What the hell??
