Hi there, Years ago my mother bought this quilted blanket, just ordinary cotton, thin, not bulky type. I am sure this is at least 10 years ago. I still have it and in good condition even wash after wash. Today I decided to put it on top of my bed after changing the linen. I thought I'd look if the label is still there, and it was. That's how I saw the name of the company that made it, and shock horror, it was made in Australia, not china.
I could hardly find something similar or the same in the Manchester shops, they all sell this bulky type with that kind of fillings that moves around everytime you wash them. After 3 washes there goes the lumpy looking Dooner that looks cheap. They sell them for around $110.00, when after washing it is really worth $20.00 including profit.

I hope you are still manufacturing those type of blankets, please tell me if I could purchase them on line or who sells them.
