Caller: UPS CUSTOMS CLEARANCE My family had sent a parcel from overseas via UPS. Their customs department called, because the parcel value seemingly exceeded $1000, thus I might have had to pay duties and tax. I found out from my family that they had made a mistake on the customas declaration. UPS sorted this out for me and no duties/tax had to be paid. Good service!

Caller: UPS Sydney Customs brokers They called twice and left a message both times saying he was Prakash from UPS Sydney Customs brokers regarding the shipment from "David"... I don't have anything coming on UPS or "David" sounded like a scam. I turned off my own number sending and called them back only to get an answering service that DIDN'T say that they were UPS... I looked up the number for UPS in Sydney and it is 131 877. The Fax number for UPS Sydney is (61-2) 9582 7018
