Someone with terrible English calling from a very loud "Telstra" call centre telling me they are going to disconnect my internet because my computer has been downloading "bad" files for the past month. She told me she could help "fix" the problem if I give her access to my computer. I asked her how she was going to "fix" it, and she hung up. ha!
