David Jones Wine Club. I too cannot drink so much wine.

I told these guys (Wine Society) 2 years ago that i was giving up drinking, they still call every single day at different times. I never answer even though i should - just to tell them not to call again - but it has turned into sheer bewilderment for me now, i just watch as they try to call me everyday for 2 years now, trying to break my sobriety. I am winning, but this mob are relentless!!

I haven't ever answered it... I have never given my number to David Jones, so I'm assuming (based on messages above) that it may be the Wine Society - however when they have called me previously they have always left a message. This number never leaves a message, but calls me at least four times a week and hasn't stopped yet - started months ago!

Call was from David Jones wine club. Other clubs have stopped ringing, since I informed them that being diabetic I do not drink wine. The last box I bought from them was probably in the nineties and as I recall was of little quality

If they hang up it is because you are not their contact person.

My other half owns the Membership but put my phone down as I am apparently the wine expert.

Same here. These guys don't get the message. Telling them not to call doesn't work. Ignoring them doesn't work, telling them they have the wrong number doesn't work.

Worked out how to stop it if you have more than one ringing. On your phone do an automatic onforward of the call to another phone number and vice versa. They probably give up..

Yeah they won't stop ringing! Everyday of the week at different times. I bought wine off them once and they call back the following week. Seriously, I can't drink 12 bottles of wine in such short a time!
