Fake. A foreign sounding computer generated female voice said "my identity had been compromised and an arrest warrant issued for my arrest. To talk to a federal officer from the Department of Internal Security, press one." I didn't and moments later the call dropped. Hilarious t listen to but annoying too. Blocked and deleted.
